Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you read this independent editorial review of FBS, written for readers in India.
How the sponsor is regulatedWhat does this site owe you as a reader?
This site takes on one obligation above all others: to describe and assess the broker FBS honestly, from the standpoint of an independent editorial desk, and to keep that assessment separate from any commercial relationship. We are not the broker. We are not connected to the broker by ownership, agency or partnership, and nothing we publish should be read as an endorsement of it or of any product it offers.
We do not open accounts, accept deposits, hold client money or execute orders. We do not provide financial services of any kind. What we provide is written editorial material: explanation, comparison and commentary intended to help you understand what a broker is and how it presents itself. If you decide to deal with any broker, that decision and that relationship are entirely between you and that firm.
By reading this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
Is any of this advice for me personally?
No. Nothing on this site is personalised advice. We do not know your income, your obligations, your existing holdings, your tolerance for loss or your reasons for looking at brokers, and we have not assessed whether any product or service is suitable for you. Everything here is general editorial comment published for a general readership.
No article, table, comparison or remark should be taken as a recommendation to open an account, to deposit funds, to trade or to refrain from doing any of those things. We give no view on whether trading is right for you, and we make no promise about outcomes. Trading and leveraged products carry a real risk of losing money, and past results or stated figures tell you nothing certain about the future.
Where the law requires regulated advice for a decision you are about to make, seek it from a properly authorised professional who knows your circumstances. Do not treat this site as a substitute.
What about the links that lead off this site?
Some pages contain outbound links to third-party websites. We place them because they may be useful to a reader, not because we control what sits at the other end. When you follow such a link you leave this site, and the terms and privacy practices of the destination apply to you from that moment.
We do not operate, monitor or vouch for third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or the way they handle your data or money. A link is not a recommendation and does not mean that the operator of the destination site has any relationship with us.
If you believe a link on this site points somewhere unsuitable, tell us through the contact form on this site and we will look at it.
Who may use this site, and from where?
This site is written for adult readers in India. By using it you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. The material is published in English for a general audience and is not directed at children.
We make no claim that the content is appropriate or lawful in every country. If you read this site from somewhere else, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply where you are. Nothing here should be read as an invitation to use any service in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
Can I copy or republish what is written here?
You may read, print and share links to this site for your own private, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a working link back to the page you took them from. That is the extent of the permission we give.
You may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish articles in full, mirror pages, frame the content inside another site, or use the material in advertising, in paid products or in anything presented as your own work, whether online or in print. You may not alter the text and then present it as ours, and you may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-collect the content.
Any use beyond what is described here needs our written permission, requested through the contact form on this site. We may refuse it, and we may enforce our rights where the material is taken without it.
How can these terms change, and what if one clause fails?
These terms will change from time to time, because the site changes and the law changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. When we make a material revision we will note it on the site, and the revised terms take effect when they are posted. If you keep reading after that point, you are accepting the version then in force; if you do not accept it, please stop using the site.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be trimmed or set aside to the minimum extent needed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The failure of one clause does not bring down the rest.
All brand names, trademarks and product names that appear on this site, including the name of the broker reviewed, belong to their respective owners.
