Contact the Editorial Desk
How to reach the editors of this independent review site, what the desk handles, and what falls outside its scope.
Partner's regulationWhat This Desk Covers
This page explains how to contact the editorial team behind this independent review resource about the broker FBS, written for readers in India. The desk exists to handle questions about the published content, to receive factual corrections, and to route press and partnership enquiries to the right place. It is an editorial contact route only.
The site is not the broker. It does not open accounts, take deposits, process withdrawals, place trades, or give financial advice. It holds no client funds and cannot act on any account. Messages asking the editors to resolve a trading dispute, verify an identity document, or intervene in a transaction cannot be handled here, because the desk has no access to any account system and no authority over the broker's operations.
Anyone who needs account support should use the broker's own service channels. Anyone who needs advice about whether trading suits their circumstances should speak to an appropriately qualified professional. The editors review and write; they do not advise.
Response Times and Languages
The desk aims to acknowledge substantive messages within three to five working days. Correction requests that include a source are usually reviewed first. Press enquiries and partnership proposals may take longer, since they are read by the editor responsible for that area rather than by the general inbox. These are targets, not guarantees, and volume around the publication of a new review can extend them.
The editors read and reply in English and in Hindi. Material in other Indian languages may be understood in part, but a reply in the same language cannot be promised, and the desk may ask for an English summary to keep the record clear.
Messages should be specific. A short note explaining the point, the page it concerns, and the reason it matters is far easier to act on than a general objection.
Questions the Editors Answer
The desk answers questions about what a published review says, how a conclusion was reached, which sources were relied on, and when a page was last revised. It will clarify wording that readers find ambiguous and explain the method behind a comparison.
It does not answer questions about how to open an account, whether to trade, what a specific instrument might do, or how to resolve a problem with a broker. Those messages fall outside the editorial remit and will receive a short note pointing to the appropriate route.
The editors do not comment on individual readers' positions, balances, or documents, and they do not forward personal material to any third party.
Submitting a Factual Correction
A correction should be sent through the contact form on this site, with the page and the specific statement in question quoted or clearly identified. The message should state what is wrong and what the correct position is, and it should include a source the editors can check, such as a public regulatory notice, an official company document, or a dated screenshot of the broker's own published terms.
Every submission is logged and reviewed against the original source used when the page was written. If the point is upheld, the page is amended and the revision is noted. If it is not upheld, the editors will explain why, usually because the source could not be verified or because the statement was a clearly labelled opinion rather than a factual claim.
The desk does not remove or soften a review simply because the broker or a reader disagrees with it. Corrections change facts, not conclusions.
Press and Complaints
Press enquiries, requests for comment, and partnership proposals should state the organisation, the purpose, and the deadline in the first message. The editors consider such requests on editorial merit and make no commitment to coverage. Partnership here means a working arrangement on content or distribution, never payment for a favourable review, and any proposal that depends on editorial influence will be declined.
Complaints about this site itself, including its accuracy, tone, or the conduct of its editors, are handled separately from broker-related messages. Describe the problem and the page in the contact form, and the complaint will be reviewed by an editor who was not involved in the original piece. The outcome and the reasoning will be communicated to the complainant directly.
